First you contact us by filling out some information about your property or give us a call to tell us more about how we can help.

After looking further into your property, we'll give you a call back on what we can pay for it. From there, you can decide if and/or when you'd like us to come out to the house.

We book an appointment to come out and look at the house, and either present with you with an offer on the appointment, or follow-up within 24 hours with a cash offer. If we cannot get access to the house we can always work around it.

All there is left is for you review the offer. If it works and you are happy we will proceed with closing. You can choose the closing date that works for you.

Unlike the traditional selling process we keep it fairly simple, from the moment you make contact with us, all we need is some information about the property and a bit of patience. We'll handle the rest.
